APM stat vialsAcadiana Plastics Molding is a locally owned and operated company and has been since its beginning in 1989. President and CEO, Kent Byron, started APM with a vision towards the future, and decades later APM is still the innovative industry leader Kent knew his company would become.

It’s hard to believe, but when APM was launched, there were no closure manufactures in Southern Louisiana specializing in injection molding of plastic closures. Back then, local Louisiana food companies were forced to travel outside of the state to fulfill their need. For a culture known for its food, this was more than a minor inconvenience! Kent saw the need and moved to correct it, now APM dominates closure sales within the pepper sauce and condiment industry.

APM’s phenomenal growth into an industry influencer can be traced back to the vision of CEO, Kent Byron, and the way he imparts that vision to his incredible team. With only 3 employees in 1989, APM has grown to nearly 100 employees- who are all constantly looking to the future.

Our facility is truly an asset to our customers, because it renders the best quality products at the best prices, a result we are certain you will appreciate, as well.

APM’s Manufacturing equipment ranges from 60 to 500 tons capable of part production weights between .05 grams to more than 1,000 grams. This allows us to produce a broad range of products with consistent results over a long period of time.  The caliber of our facilities, equipment and a well-managed process empower us to guarantee every product, ensuring your first product is as good as your last.
